How to Dry Brush Your Skin
You should brush when your skin is dry, shower and then use an organic body oil to moisturize afterwards. Because of the energizing effect dry brushing has on the body, I recommend you dry brush in the mornings. Work the brush in a circular, upward motion. The technique is best done by starting with the feet and working upwards towards the heart. Be sure to use a brush that is made out of 100% natural bristles like the ones sold at Hanu Skin Care. - Always brush in a clockwise motion on the stomach area to mimic digestion
- Do not dry brush sensitive skin, open wounds, burns or rashes
- Clean your skin brush with soap and water once every 2 weeks
- After cleansing always allow brush to dry thoroughly
